A good breakfast is start of a good day.
Simple and easy to prepare breakfasts always come handy..
Ingredients :
- Sandwich bread - 6 slices
- Mashed Potatoes - 1 cup
- Chopped Onions - 1/4 cup
- Chopped Bell pepper - 1/4 cup
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - As per your taste
- Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
- Mayo Chup sauce - 1/4 cup
- Ranch - 1/4 cup
- Butter
- Cheese - 2 tbsps
Recipe :
1. Mayo chup sauce : For 3 tbsps of Mayonnaise add 2 tbsps of tomato sauce, 1/4th spoon each of salt, chilli flakes, cheese and pepper powder. Mix all together.
2. To the mashed potatoes, add onions, bell peppers and mix.
3. Add salt, pepper powder, red chilli flakes, mayo chup sauce and mix all together.
4. Now apply butter to bread slices and roast them on both sides.
5. Now spread ranch or left out mayo chup on one side of the slices and stuff or spread the prepared aloo stuffing on one piece. Close with the other slice.
6. Slightly heat this on tawa . Slice and serve.
