Watermelon Ice cream



Summers will never be summers without ice-creams. 

Did you always slice and ate the watermelon? 

Then you should definitely try this ice cream and enjoy the great taste. 


Ingredients :


- Watermelon juice - 2 cups

- Condensed milk - 200 gms

- Whipping Cream - 1 1/2 cup

- Sugar - 1 cup

Recipe :


1. Make watermelon juice of around 2 cups. You can use half piece of emptied watermelon to store the ice cream.


2. Add condensed milk to the watermelon juice and mix properly.


3. In another bowl add whipping cream and sugar. Whip them together until stiff peaks are formed.


4. Now add the water melon juice in batches and fold into the whipping cream. Check for the sweetness and adjust with sugar powder if needed.

 * Don't mix in circle direction, it must be cut and fold method.

5. Pour into the emptied watermelon and cover the top with cling wrap or in a freezer safe boxes. 

6. Freeze this watermelon ice cream for 2 hrs. Then mix once and freeze again until it hardens


7. Slice / scoop and enjoy the tasty ice cream, topped with chocolate chips.
